About us

We, Christina and Martin, have fulfilled a small dream with Tiny Fuchs. This holiday home was planned and designed with great passion to offer our guests an unforgettable stay. Experience the essence of minimalism: small space, big comfort. A retreat surrounded by nature.

From Idea to Completion

The idea for our little holiday home began with a desire to create a place for family and friends that combines relaxation and togetherness. It was a long journey before this vision took shape. We spent months searching for the perfect plot and thinking through the design. Eventually, we stumbled upon the concept of a tiny house as a prefabricated home—a concept that increasingly captivated us.

We spent countless hours flipping through brochures, browsing designs, visiting trade fairs, and exploring different manufacturers. One particularly touching moment was when our then 4-year-old son simply fell asleep in one of the show homes—an unmistakable sign that we were on the right path.

However, finding a suitable plot turned out to be a real challenge, occupying us for nearly a year. When we finally found it, the joy was immense! After overcoming bureaucratic and formal hurdles, the big moment arrived in February 2024: our tiny house was delivered as a modular unit. The installation was truly spectacular, with a heavy-duty crane placing the house with millimeter precision. What followed were the final touches, the outdoor landscaping, and the loving interior setup.

Now, after this emotional and exciting journey, we’re here—and thrilled to welcome you as our guests. Welcome to Tiny Fuchs—a place where our dreams came true, and where we hope you’ll create many wonderful memories of your own.

The Naming Journey

Finding the right name for our little house was a true adventure—so many ideas, yet none felt quite right. During the first few weeks after the house was set up, while we were still working on the interior, the surrounding nature began to captivate us more and more. One evening, as the sun gently set, two small foxes suddenly appeared in the meadow, gifting us a moment we’ll never forget.

Soon after, one of the little foxes began returning regularly. Alone and fearless, he explored the property as if declaring it his second home. It almost felt as though he was watching the people as they watched him.

Over the months, he became a quiet companion to the project—a symbol of our connection to nature. But as is often the case in nature, this time was not meant to last. When the fox grew up, he disappeared without a trace. His visits ended, but his memory remained vivid.

And so, the place was named in his honor—a tribute to this special fox who, in the early days, embodied not only our closeness to nature but also the sense of magic and connection that makes this place so unique.

Finding a name

Finding a suitable name for our little house was a real adventure—so many ideas, but nothing felt right. While we were still working on the interior in the first few weeks after putting it up, the nature surrounding the property began to captivate us more and more. One evening, as the sun was gently setting, two little foxes suddenly appeared in the meadow and gave us a moment that we will never forget.

One of the little foxes soon began returning again and again. Alone and unafraid, he explored the property as if he were declaring it his second home. It almost seemed as if he were watching the people as they were watching him.

Over the months, he became almost a silent companion to the project, a symbol of the connection to nature. But as is often the case in nature, this time was short-lived. When the fox grew up, he disappeared one day without a trace. His visits ended, but his memory remained.

And so the place was named after him – in honor of this special fox, who in the early days embodied not only the closeness to nature, but also the feeling of magic and connection that makes this place so unique.
