House Rules

Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Please use the designated outdoor areas.

Pets: Pets are not allowed to prevent allergic reactions.

Noise and Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing the neighbors.

Waste Disposal: Please separate your waste and dispose of it in the designated bins.

Cleanliness: Kindly keep the house clean and tidy. If you notice any damage or issues, please report them immediately.

Keys: Lost keys will be charged at €50.

Fire and Safety: Open flames and candles are not permitted inside the house. For safety reasons, please switch off all electrical appliances when leaving the house.
